Hillsville Volunteer Fire Department Responds To
Brush Fire on Pleasant Lane

On April 22, 2010 The Hillsville Volunteer Fire Department responded to a brush fire on Pleasant Lane in the Fancy Gap Community. Department arrived on scene to find less than acre consumed by fire. Fire Department Members quickly surrounded the area and extinguished. Virginia Department of Forestry was also contacted.
