Hillsville Volunteer Fire Department Responds to a Head on Collision Accident on W Grayson Street

Today, April 27, 2009, around 2:00 PM a head on collision happened on West Grayson street in Hillsville, a Red Mustang heading East on West Grayson about a quarter mile past old Galax Pike lost control of his car due to speed crossing over in the West bound side of the road hitting a Chevy Tahoe Head on. The driver of the Mustang, a juvenile, was flown out by helicopter to a North Carolina Baptist Hospital, the passenger of his vehicle was not hurt seriously . The driver of the Tahoe John W. Cox and his wife were treated at the scene by the EMS. The Hillsville Police investigated the accident.
